From college living to newborn raising, late-night gaming sessions to 3am work emergencies, sleep has not come easy and has often been a challenge.
Wanting to overcome my sleep issues for good, if that was possible, I saw a sleep doctor - an MD & PhD in Psychiatry and Neurology - who introduced me to the science of blue light.
Along with creating better sleep habits, I've spent the past few years learning how to reduce blue light usage and sleep better. Having tried dozens of blue light related products it was time to share my findings with others.
